Northwestern Ohio District
Church of the Nazarene

22 Counties

56 churches (& counting!)

The primary objective of our district is to populate Northwestern Ohio with dynamic, Wesleyan-Holiness churches. We are “optimists of grace,” realizing it is by God’s initiative that we come to know Him, are offered salvation through Jesus Christ, and are being made like Jesus by the work of the Holy Spirit. As followers of Christ, we seek to “love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.”

Presently, we have sixty congregations in our twenty-two counties, and are actively seeking to start new churches. The relatively small geographical footprint of our district, as well as the belief that we are better together, makes us a connected district. There are many opportunities for fellowship, worship, evangelism, and training.
