Coffee and Conversations @ The Shelter House
Monday-Thursday 8:30 am
FOOD SERVICE:
Snack Shack: open Monday – Thursday, from 12:00 – 1:00pm
Dining Hall: open Monday- Wednesday from 5:00 – 6:00pm
Cost of dinner will be $6/adult and $3/child. Credit/Debit accepted.
Snack Shack will also open each night following the evening service.
CHILDREN’S SCHEDULE:
Children’s programming will be available for all Camp Gathering services.
- Staffed Nursery, 0-2 yrs old, located in the Auditorium (Tabernacle)
- Preschool Age, 3 yrs.- Kindergarten, located in Albea Hall (must be potty trained)
- Elementary Age, 1st-5 th Grades, located in the West Dining Room
RECREATION:
- Open gym on Monday-Wednesday from 1-4:00pm
- Pool will be open Monday-Thursday 1-4:00pm
- Free S’mores, campfire, and a family movie at the Pergola Thursday at 9:00 pm.
Bring your own chairs.
The Camp Gathering ends Thursday after the morning service. District Advance begins Friday Morning.

- Dorm-style rooms are still available (Families will be given an entire room)
- Inn-style rooms and cabins – only a few are still available
- RV Park – Spaces with 30/50 Amp Hookups are available
Important Note: Checkout is at 10:00 am on Saturday, please return keys at the shelter house.
