This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25. \n\nAlthough we never stop representing Jesus\, often the way we carry out our calling gets fuzzy as we sometimes allow highly motivated work ethics and strong desire for excellence to become our identity. This tends to be a common cultural trap the enemy uses repeatedly with those called to lead others. Beliefs about ourselves\, from our past\, about work and people-pleasing can begin to trump the reality of who we are in Christ. When we begin to ignore the warnings the Holy Spirit gives\, we find ourselves minimizing the very things we proclaim that others are to prioritize. This workshop will equip pastors\, staff and faith leaders with practical tools and processes to recalibrate boundaries\, manage a healthy life rhythm and remember true identity given by Christ! \nAttendees will: \n\n\nUncover unhealthy belief systems that hinder healthy identity and boundaries \n\n\nRecognize impact of values both at work and outside of work \n\n\nUnderstand the byproduct of modeling unhealthy vs healthy boundaries and rhythms of life to their teams and families \n\n\nIdentify connection points outside of ministry that positively influence ministry \n\n\n  \nRegister Now!

DESCRIPTION:Church Planting/Multi-Site Campus Pastor Assessment\n  \nThis 2-1/2-day assessment is designed to evaluate future Church Planters & Campus Pastors’ readiness and capacity for launching new starts–either through church planting or through a multi-site approach. (Spouses of those being assessed are required to attend the assessment and participate in all activities\, but are not being assessed themselves.) \nThe cost of the assessment is $250. This will cover part of the cost of accommodations\, food\, snacks\, and materials. Note: most districts will cover all or part of the cost of the assessment. Meals will be provided on-site for Friday (breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner) and Saturday (breakfast and lunch).
