This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25. \n\nWhile there is often some level of stress in the family of God you lead\, the stress shepherds feel in their own family can be extremely burdensome. Sometimes the stress grows when the people you love the most do not share your values\, and fear\, shame and pain are carried privately. Other times the pressures of unresolved stress in your own home stem from schedules\, sickness\, or conflict that seem to not dissipate. When do personal expectations or those assumed from others in a shepherd’s home become unrealistic and unhealthy?
