DESCRIPTION:Leader Development Program\nJuly 30-August 2\n  \nCross Oak Camp & Retreat Center\n  \nStudents (Ages 16 – 22) will have the opportunity to study and develop leadership skills while serving as a junior counselor or support staff at the Anchored in Christ Skippers Camp for kids in grades 1 – 3. It all begins with Boot Camp where students will begin to learn how God has uniquely created them to lead and then launched to serve both at summer camp and in their local churches.
