This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25. \n\nConflict\, confrontation and difficult conversations are inevitable realities even in the church setting. Overcoming internal fears\, anger and avoidance when these arise is often the more challenging part for leaders. This workshop will address the internal dialogue leaders face regarding conflict\, confrontation and difficult conversations as well as provide tools to face these situations with greater confidence. As the leader becomes strengthened in these areas\, the benefits extend to growth among staff and church members\, an improved culture\, and greater trust. En 2026\, estamos dando pasos concretos para alcanzar y servir mejor a nuestras comunidades hispanas/latinas. \nTe invitamos a la Cumbre de Ministerio Hispano/Latino\, un tiempo para orar\, soñar y comenzar a construir caminos hacia nuevos ministerios\, discipulado y comunidades cristianas en español. \nEsta cumbre es para pastores\, líderes y equipos ministeriales con un llamado a servir a la comunidad hispana—y especialmente para personas y familias que forman parte de esa comunidad. \nNos acompañará el Rev.
