DESCRIPTION:Fall Retreat 2025\nOctober 31-November 2\, 2025\n  \nCross Oak Camp\n  \n\nGreetings on behalf of the Fall Retreat 2025 Staff. We are excited to present to you the details for Fall Retreat 2025! This event has grown into something really special\, and we are looking forward to that again this year. Our theme for this year is Revival! We are still finalizing lots of details and will be releasing those details as we finalize them. For now\, though\, REGISTRATION IS OPEN! \n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				When Is Fall Retreat?\n				October 31-November 2\, 2025 \nCheck in is 6:00-7:00 Friday Evening **PLEASE REMEMBER: DINNER WILL NOT BE SERVED AT RETREAT FRIDAY NIGHT. EACH GROUP WILL EAT ON THEIR OWN BEFORE ARRIVAL** \nDismissal is at 11:00 AM Sunday \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What Ages Can Attend?\n				Any student who is currently in 6th grade through current seniors in high school. (Whether or not 6th graders are invited is up to each church.) \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Where Does Fall Retreat Take Place?\n				Cross Oak Camp and Conference Center \n272 Jack Oak Road \nSt. Marys\, OH 45885 \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What Are We Going To Do At Fall Retreat?\n				First and foremost\, we are going to work toward a deeper relationship with Christ. We are devoting this weekend to allowing God to Revive us. But we’ll do lots more including hearing challenging messages\, fun and games\, concerts and more. Oh\, and we’ll keep the Cross Oak crew busy cranking out milkshakes. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Registration Deadlines\n				\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegular Registration \nOctober 5\, 2025 \nStudents $145 \nAdults $100 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLate Registration \nOctober 12\, 2025 \nStudents $170 \nAdults $125 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				More Information:\n				All information\, registration links and graphics package for promotion can be found at www.nwonyievents.org \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What's Included?\n				\n\nEntrance to all Sessions and activities \n\n\nBreakfast Saturday through Breakfast Sunday \n\n\nLate night snacks \n\n\nRetreat T-Shirt \n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				How to Register\n				All registrations are done online through our Camp Toolkit registration system. This can be found at camps.nwoteam.church/go. Each church leader will get a login to be able to manage that church’s registration. If you did not create this account for a previous NYI Event\, please reach out to josh@thewellnaz.org. \n*Leaders – please help us out by keeping track of your church’s registrations through the above login. With this large of a group\, it is really hard to make adjustments upon realizing that your church is missing registrations after the registration deadlines. Logging in on your own and knowing who has not completed registrations is extremely important. \nPayments for retreat will be done via invoices to each church. Churches will be responsible for collecting payments from individuals\, then submitting one payment to the district. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Refund Policy\n				Because certain aspects of retreat must be paid in advance\, we are unable to issue full refunds. Churches will be responsible for payment of all registrations. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior will be responsible for a $50 payment. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior will be responsible for full registration payment. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				How Many Adults Should We Bring?\n				We are requiring a minimum of 1 adult per 6 students and one adult per gender. So if you have 5 girls and 1 boy\, you’ll need both a male and a female chaperone. “Adult” is defined as over 20 years of age. \n*if you are a small church with a few teens\, but don’t have an adult to send\, please reach out to josh@thewellnaz.org. We’d like to help make it work for you! \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What Should I Bring?\n				Yourself\, Bible\, Writing Utensil\, Clothes\, Extra Cash for Snack Bar\, Laundry Bag\, Toiletries\, Bed linens\, towels. Plan for every kind of weather (you just never know in early November)!  Also some sleeping areas are separate from shower facilities. Plan accordingly. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What Should I Not Bring?\n				Normal contraband: Weaponry\, Drugs\, Alcohol\, Tobacco\, Fireworks\, etc. \nStudent Vehicles: Students driving during event will be sent home! Electronics: Please don’t bring items that aren’t absolutely necessary \n*This is an incomplete list and we reserve the right to confiscate items deemed inappropriate until the end of the event.
