With this large of a group\, it is really hard to make adjustments upon realizing that your church is missing registrations after the registration deadlines. Logging in on your own and knowing who has not completed registrations is extremely important. \nPayments for retreat will be done via invoices to each church. Churches will be responsible for collecting payments from individuals\, then submitting one payment to the district. \n \n \n \n \n \n Refund Policy\n Because certain aspects of retreat must be paid in advance\, we are unable to issue full refunds. Churches will be responsible for payment of all registrations. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior will be responsible for a $50 payment.
