DESCRIPTION:SPARK is a 3-day/2-night retreat for children’s volunteers\, children’s leaders\, children’s pastors\, and lead pastors\, and SPARK is coming to Northwestern Ohio on October Oct 5 – 7\, 2023. The event is led by keynote Beth Bidle Rush\, who is passionate about equipping\, encouraging\, and connecting with children’s leaders all over the United States. \nThe conference/retreat will feature learning sessions throughout the weekend led by Beth as well as some of NWO’s best Next Gen Leaders. You’ll develop as a leader\, learn new ideas that will catalyze your own church’s ministry\, connect and learn with other children’s leaders\, and go back ready to take your children’s ministry to a new level. \nThis is a great conference to invest in and create a focused time to strategize with 3-4 or more of your key leaders or build into developing leaders. The weekend is meant to be a catalyzing time to Spark dreams and plans in you for the church you serve in.  You’ll have time at the retreat to talk about what you’d like to do when you get back and your next steps.
