Gold Weekend is a comprehensive event is designed to enrich and equip the next generation of pastors in our tribe...building a solid foundation in Nazarene doctrine, theology, and church polity, as well as building practical ministry and leadership skills. They will be learning alongside some of the most effective pastors in our district as they are immersed in equipping and teaching sessions, worship, mentoring, and peer sharing.

Gold Weekend is a comprehensive event designed to enrich and equip the next generation of pastors in our tribe…building a solid foundation in Nazarene doctrine, theology, and church polity, as well as building practical ministry and leadership skills. They will be learning alongside some of the most effective pastors in our district as they are immersed in equipping and teaching sessions, worship, mentoring, and peer sharing.

The weekend will be held over 2 days and hosted at The District Center/Cross Oak Camp, in St Marys on Friday, March 1, from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm (Lunch &amp; Dinner provided) and Saturday, March 2, from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm (Breakfast and lunch provided)

Interviews for first-time district licenses or renewing a district license will be part of Gold Weekend and will be scheduled on Saturday morning. Ordination interviews will take place Friday evening starting at 7:00 pm.

1. Register for Gold Weekend by February 1: Gold Weekend Registration.
The cost of Gold Weekend is:
-$90 per person with a room
-$70 per person if you share a room (you can choose your roommate)
-$50 for those who commute
2. Please submit any classes you have taken by February 1 to the Board of Ministry

3. For those seeking a first-time district license, renewing their current district license, or applying for ordination, email kellie.anderson@nwoteam.church or talk to the lead pastor of the church you attend to get started.
