Family, welcome to REKINDLE. Over the next few days, July 19th through the 22nd, we’re stepping away from the noise of everyday life to gather as families, worship together, hear from special speakers, and simply make space for God to move. Whether you came feeling strong in your faith or running a little low on spiritual fuel, our prayer is the same — that something in your heart, your home, and your walk with Jesus would be REKINDLED. Let’s lean in together and believe that God has something fresh for every one of us this week.

Registration is not required for Camp Gathering.

 

Sunday Service @ 6:00 pm

Free Ice cream following the service for Father’s Day

Monday-Wednesday

8:00-9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00 am: Coffee and Conversations @ The Shelter House with Pastor Brett Smith

10:30 am: Morning service in Auditorium

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch @ Snack shack

1:00-5:00 pm: Free time/Activities

  • Monday: Slip N Slide Kickball
  • Tuesday: The Mud Zone
  • Wednesday: Game Show Extravaganza in gym (Get your teams/families ready)

5:00-6:30 pm: Dinner in Fireside

7:00 pm: Evening Service in Auditorium

8:30 pm: Snack Shack open

  • Monday: Movie in the Grove w/popcorn
  • Tuesday: Campfire fellowship – s’mores and karaoke
  • Wednesday: Snack shack still open

FOOD SERVICE:

  • Snack Shack: open Monday – Thursday, from 12:00 – 1:00pm
  • Dining Hall: open Monday- Wednesday from 5:00 – 6:00pm
  • Cost of all meals: $10/adult and $3/child. Credit/Debit accepted.
  • Snack Shack will also open each night following the evening service.

CHILDREN’S SCHEDULE:

Children’s programming will be available for all Camp Gathering services.

  • Staffed Nursery, 0-2 yrs old, located in the Auditorium (Tabernacle)
  • Preschool Age, 3 yrs.- thru 5 th grade, located in Albea Hall (must be potty trained)

RECREATION:

  • See schedule for special activities for each day
  • Open gym on Monday-Tuesday from 1-4:00pm
  • Pool will be open Monday-Thursday 1-4:00pm
  • Bring your own chairs.

The Camp Gathering ends Wednesday evening after service.

All Inn rooms/cabins are now booked

Important Note: Checkout is at 11:00 am on Wednesday, please return keys at the auditorium.

The Ministry Discovery and Assessment Conference is a weekend for district-licensed ministers to help you discover your greatest gifts, develop you as a leader, provide peer learning and encouragement, all the while helping you gain a better understanding of your leadership style and providing self-aware of areas needed for growth and greater effectiveness. MDAC is a required step in the journey toward ordination.
