Important Details

• Check-in: Friday, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. (Note: Dinner is not provided Friday night; please eat before arrival.)
• Dismissal: Sunday, 11:00 AM.
• Eligibility: Open to students in 6th grade through high school seniors. (6th-grade participation is at the discretion of each church.)
• Purpose: A weekend devoted to spiritual revival, challenging messages, fun, games, concerts, and fellowship.
• What’s Included: Entrance to all sessions/activities, breakfast Saturday through Sunday, late-night snacks, and a retreat T-shirt.

Registration Information

• Early Registration: Due October 12, 2026 ($145 for students, $95 for adults).
• Regular Registration: Due October 1, 2026 ($170 for students, $125 for adults).
• How to Register: All registrations are managed online here.
• Payment: Payments are handled via invoices to each church. Churches are responsible for collecting individual payments and submitting a single payment to the district.

Church Leader Guidelines

• Group Tracking: Leaders are responsible for tracking their church’s registrations using the provided Google document. Meeting registration deadlines is vital to avoid capping issues.
• Chaperone Requirements: A minimum of 1 adult per 6 students is required, with at least one adult per gender. (Adults must be 20+ years of age.)
• Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations > 2 weeks prior: $50 fee applies.
  • Cancellations < 2 weeks prior: Full registration fee applies.
• Assistance: If you are a small church without an adult chaperone, please contact josh@thewellnaz.org.

Packing List

• Bring: Bible, writing utensil, clothing, toiletries, bed linens, towels, laundry bag, and extra cash for the snack bar. Please plan for all weather conditions.
• Do Not Bring: Contraband (weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, fireworks, etc.), student vehicles (students driving will be sent home), or unnecessary electronics.
