We’re doing a Dorm Raising to raise up new generations of leaders.
The Vision
God has given us a bold dream: To raise up a new generation of teens, young adults, and leaders of all ages to know Jesus, grow as disciples, and answer their call to ministry.
Cross Oak Camp is becoming a leadership and disciple-making factory, where young people are trained, mentored, and launched into ministry.
We’ve already seen:
- Thousands students reached through youth camps and retreats
- Our first high school leadership cohort stepping into real ministry roles—some preparing to be evangelists, worship leaders, and children’s ministers
- Full schedules during our peak season
We’re out of room—and it’s time to expand.
The Need
We are now losing about $100,000/year, not from lack of success, but from lack of capacity.
We’ve grown revenue by $100,000 and have an industry-best Net Promoter Score of 77. But we can’t break even or scale until we build.
