This 90-minute workshop is part 3 of a 4-part workshop series designed to address the very real challenges YOU told us you are facing. This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25.
Although we never stop representing Jesus, often the way we carry out our calling gets fuzzy as we sometimes allow highly motivated work ethics and strong desire for excellence to become our identity. This tends to be a common cultural trap the enemy uses repeatedly with those called to lead others. Beliefs about ourselves, from our past, about work and people-pleasing can begin to trump the reality of who we are in Christ. When we begin to ignore the warnings the Holy Spirit gives, we find ourselves minimizing the very things we proclaim that others are to prioritize. This workshop will equip pastors, staff and faith leaders with practical tools and processes to recalibrate boundaries, manage a healthy life rhythm and remember true identity given by Christ!
Attendees will:
-
Uncover unhealthy belief systems that hinder healthy identity and boundaries
-
Recognize impact of values both at work and outside of work
-
Understand the byproduct of modeling unhealthy vs healthy boundaries and rhythms of life to their teams and families
-
Identify connection points outside of ministry that positively influence ministry
