Creating a Culture that Moves Mission – Kevin Jack
Kevin Jack is a pastor at Church for the One in Highland Park. He is exceptionally gifted at creating vision and leading cultural change in the local church through adaptive leadership. He is also a church planter, speaker, and disciple-maker.
Kevin will lead your teams through an interactive session focused on creating a healthy missional culture in your church, including:
-
- Why culture change often fails
- Practical tools to build culture
- Understanding culture change dynamics
- How to leverage a crisis for positive momentum
Without a healthy, effective, missional culture, your church will struggle to fully live out its calling. Bring your team and learn how to build that kind of culture together.
And there’s more! We’ll unveil…
-
- District funding opportunities for Residencies, Apprenticeships, and Internships in the church you lead
- Special packages for Church board or staff retreats at Cross Oak Camp
- Updates from our regional School of Ministry and leadership development partner, MVNU.
Why Big Day Matters
Big Day is an equipping and connecting time for all NWO pastors, staff, and key leaders. Bring your whole team so you can process these days together in a way that catalyzes a new season of ministry where you serve.
We also strongly encourage you to bring:
-
- All locally licensed pastors
- Anyone you are raising up as a future leader
- Anyone sensing a call to ministry
Everything we do is designed to equip and develop new leaders. These are truly all-hands-on-deck events.
You’ll also:
-
- Learn how to onboard developing leaders into the School of Ministry
- Hear about pastoral marriage coaching available to district pastors
- Receive practical tools and resources you can immediately use in ministry
Please REGISTER your team by Tuesday, September 22.
