The Global Leadership Summit was created to help us increase our leadership capacity so we can realize the dream of moving the team to reach the vision God has given us. I want to strongly encourage you to bring your key leaders and a developing leader to join us for this event.

The Global Leadership Summit is August 7-8, 2025, and is being hosted in Northwestern Ohio for you at the Axis building at Lima Community.

This event gathers some of the best visionary leaders from around the world for two days of immersion in effective leadership strategies, profound insights, inspiring stories, and strategic collaboration and networking.

It’s not enough just to pastor – we are called to lead our teams, people, and churches somewhere so we can do the thing God has called us to do. And there are skills and leadership mindsets we can learn and build that will make us more effective in doing just that.

You get to sit in the room with leaders who have made the kind of impact we want to make and who have done some of the hard things we need to do.
