This 90-minute workshop is part 1 of a 4-part workshop series designed to address the very real challenges YOU told us you are facing. This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25.
The reality of Mental Weariness stems from pressures that feel ever-present over a long period of time. These stressors can stem from being constantly needed, always “on”, seeking and failing to meet expectations, dealing with an unpredictable schedule, navigating frequent conflict, decision fatigue, walking through multiple losses, and feeling disappointment with people or progress. You were not called by God to be the most stressed pastor or leader. You were called to model the hope of following Jesus by leading as a healthy shepherd! This workshop will equip pastors, staff and faith leaders with practical tools and processes to shift from mental weariness to a mind set on the Spirit that is life and peace!
Attendees will:

- Bring into the light hidden factors that contribute to mental weariness
- Be equipped with healthy coping, thinking and action strategies
