District Advance | LEAD 2026

This impactful two-day event includes practical teaching, breakout sessions, inspiring preaching, powerful life-change stories, great news from around the world, and moving times of worship and celebration, all moving toward a powerful Celebration of Ministry service.

This LEAD Conference at NWO’s District Advance will inspire and equip our teams to make disciples and will model what all of us want to see happen in our local churches. From the teaching to the connections made and celebration of the great things that we are seeing across our churches, it will prepare our teams and churches for the new things God wants to do in Northwestern Ohio and beyond.

This event will feature keynotes and breakouts from:

• Larry Walkemeyer, Cultivator of Exponential Learning Communities creating multiplication DNA, former Lead Pastor of Light & Life Christian Fellowship, Long Beach, California
• Selena Freeman, Church Planter, Founding Pastor of The Well Church, and Church Multiplication Catalyst for the Nazarene Church
• Brad Thompson, Lead Pastor of Be Hope, Beavercreek, OH
• Dr Christian Sarmiento, Mission Catalyzer and General Superintendent
• Paula Monnin, Teaching Pastor, Former Family Pastor at The Valley Church
• Dan Spaite, Emergency Physician, Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona, and Teaching/Preaching Pastor
• Michale Lavigne, Director of the Spiritual Formation Initiative at Nazarene Theological Seminary
• Andy Monnin, Disciple-Maker and District Superintendent

There is no charge for this event is but registration is required. Individuals can register on their own, or someone on your team can register your group all at once – whatever is easiest.
