This impactful two-day FREE event here in Northwestern Ohio includes practical teaching, breakout sessions, inspiring preaching, powerful life-change stories, great news from around the world, and moving times of worship and celebration, all moving toward a powerful Celebration of Ministry service. This SENT Conference at District Advance will inspire and equip our teams to make disciples and will model what all of us want to see happen in our local churches. From the teaching to the connections made and celebration of the great things that we are seeing across our churches, it will prepare our teams and churches for the new things God wants to do in Northwestern Ohio and beyond.

Leader Development Program

Students (Ages 16 – 22) will have the opportunity to study and develop leadership skills while serving as a junior counselor or support staff at the Anchored in Christ Skippers Camp for kids in grades 1-3.

Ministry Discovery and Assessment Center (MDAC)

The Ministry Discovery and Assessment Conference is a weekend for district-licensed ministers to help you discover your greatest gifts, develop you as a leader, provide peer learning and encouragement, all the while helping you gain a better understanding of your leadership style and providing self-aware of areas needed for growth and greater effectiveness. MDAC is a required step in the journey toward ordination.
