Big Day is an equipping and connecting time for all NWO pastors, staff, and key leaders and is a required event for all district-licensed and ordained pastors. We also strongly encourage you to bring all your locally licensed pastors, key leaders in your church, and anyone you are raising up and who is sensing a call to ministry.
This 90-minute workshop is part 2 of a 4-part workshop series designed to address the very real challenges YOU told us you are facing. This workshop will address the internal dialogue leaders face regarding conflict, confrontation and difficult conversations as well as provide tools to face these situations with greater confidence. This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25.

Join a gathering of church tech leaders and volunteers for a 2-hour Tech Day focused on: audio, visual, lighting, and streaming systems, best practices and problem-solving, leading and recruiting tech teams, and developing healthy, sustainable tech ministries.
This impactful two-day FREE event here in Northwestern Ohio includes practical teaching, breakout sessions, inspiring preaching, powerful life-change stories, great news from around the world, and moving times of worship and celebration, all moving toward a powerful Celebration of Ministry service. This LEAD Conference at District Advance will inspire and equip our teams to make disciples and will model what all of us want to see happen in our local churches. From the teaching to the connections made and celebration of the great things that we are seeing across our churches, it will prepare our teams and churches for the new things God wants to do in Northwestern Ohio and beyond.
