We also strongly encourage you to bring all your locally licensed pastors, key leaders in your church, and anyone you are raising up and who is sensing a call to ministry.
Healthy Church Workshop – Conflict, Confrontation & Difficult Conversations

This workshop will address the internal dialogue leaders face regarding conflict, confrontation and difficult conversations as well as provide tools to face these situations with greater confidence. This is FREE for NWO Pastors and staff. Non-NWO can attend for $25.

This LEAD Conference at District Advance will inspire and equip our teams to make disciples and will model what all of us want to see happen in our local churches. From the teaching to the connections made and celebration of the great things that we are seeing across our churches, it will prepare our teams and churches for the new things God wants to do in Northwestern Ohio and beyond.

MDAC is a required step in the journey toward ordination.
