Big Day for pastors, staff, and church leaders on NWO is Tuesday, October 1, 10:00am-3:00pm in Fairbanks Gym, at Cross Oak Camp. Bi-Vocational Big Day is Saturday, October 5, 10:00am-1:00pm in the Great Room of the Big Dorm. Includes lunch and a coffee bar.
 
Our focus for this Big Day will be on becoming missional churches who are oriented to the world, existing for the sake of others…living out our primary purpose as disciple-makers…living as high contrast people who demonstrate the love, grace and the abundant life God wants for all of us to those who don’t know Jesus. You’ll hear from some actual NWO pastors and leaders who are already leading their churches through radical shifts to become missional churches, and the cause for celebration we are seeing.
 
Big Day is an equipping and connecting time for all NWO pastors, staff, and key leaders. Bring your whole team so all of you can process these days together in a way that catalyzes a new day of ministry where you serve. We also strongly encourage you to bring all your locally licensed pastors and anyone else you are raising up – anyone sensing a call to ministry. Everything we do will include equipping and developing new leaders. These are all-hands-on-deck events.
