Greetings on behalf of the Fall Retreat 2024 Staff. We are excited to present to you the details for Fall Retreat 2024! This event has grown into something really special, and we are looking forward to that again this year. Our theme for this year is Pour it Out, based on Psalm 62:8. Sometimes in life we get so caught up in the ins and outs of our daily lives that it’s hard to focus on emptying ourselves in worship of God. Every year, Fall Retreat provides that opportunity. Students will be encouraged to take a step back, take a deep breath, and pour out their hearts to God, who is our refuge.
When Is Fall Retreat?
November 1-3, 2024
Check in is 6:00-7:00 Friday Evening **PLEASE REMEMBER: DINNER WILL NOT BE SERVED AT RETREAT FRIDAY NIGHT. EACH GROUP WILL EAT ON THEIR OWN BEFORE ARRIVAL**
Dismissal is at 11:00 AM Sunday
What Ages Can Attend?
Any student who is currently in 6th grade through current seniors in high school. (Whether or not 6th graders are invited is up to each church.)

What Are We Going To Do At Fall Retreat?
First and foremost, we are going to work toward a deeper relationship with Christ. We are devoting this weekend to creating space to pour out our lives to God. But we’ll do lots more including hearing challenging messages, fun and games, concerts and more. Oh, and we’ll keep the Cross Oak crew busy cranking out milkshakes.

How to Register
HOW TO REGISTER
All registrations are done online through our Camp Toolkit registration system. This can be found at camps.nwoteam.church/go. Each church leader will get a login to be able to manage that church’s registration. If you did not create this account for summer camp, please reach out to josh@thewellnaz.org.
Payments for retreat will be done via invoices to each church. Churches will be responsible for collecting payments from individuals, then submitting one payment to the district.
Refund Policy
Because certain aspects of retreat must be paid in advance, we are unable to issue full refunds. Churches will be responsible for payment of all registrations. Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior will be responsible for a $40 payment. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior will be responsible for full registration payment.
How Many Adults Should We Bring?
We are requiring a minimum of 1 adult per 6 students and one adult per gender. So if you have 5 girls and 1 boy, you’ll need both a male and a female chaperone. “Adult” is defined as over 20 years of age.
*if you are a small church with a few teens, but don’t have an adult to send, please reach out to josh@thewellnaz.org. We’d like to help make it work for you!
What Should I Bring?
Yourself, Bible, Writing Utensil, Clothes, Extra Cash for Snack Bar, Laundry Bag, Toiletries, Bed linens, towels. Plan for every kind of weather (you just never know in early November)! Also some sleeping areas are separate from shower facilities. Plan accordingly.
What Should I Not Bring?
Normal contraband: Weaponry, Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, Fireworks, etc.
Student Vehicles: Students driving during event will be sent home! Electronics: Please don’t bring items that aren’t absolutely necessary
